What’s Included
Your enrollment includes:
- Updates to one foundation trust and the estate planning documents we prepared for you;
- Changes to beneficiaries, trustees and other people named in your plan;
- Updates to your wills, financial powers of attorney and health care documents;
- Up to four meetings with our team;
- Help with keeping new assets properly funded into your trust;
- Annual review of your assets and estate plan; and
- Communication with your CPA, financial advisor or family members, at your request.
What’s Not Included
Additional fees may apply for:
- Major life changes, such as marriage, divorce or death of a spouse;
- New trusts, business entities or other major additions to your plan;
- Special documents, including deeds;
- More than four meetings;
- Filing, recording, delivery and other outside costs; or
- Legal work unrelated to your estate plan.
Two-trust families pay an additional per-person fee.

All appointments must be completed during 2027. The enrollment fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable.
