Why do we plan?
Planning is not about the size of your estate or business; or about how much money you have.
It is about control!
Control while you are still alive, and control after your death.
While you are alive you need to control your assets while you are well and especially if you become disabled.
After your death, it is about making the process as simple as possible for those you love.
The result is simple. If you don’t plan…you will lose control.
“I look forward to welcoming you to our client families.”
We provide customized estate planning for all individuals and families, no matter the size or complexity of your estate.
We help our client families to maneuver through the intricacies of the probate process, in Maricopa County, and beyond.
We enable our client families to design and implement the right business plan for their needs.
We guide our client families though the challenges of tax planning.
When I was a baby lawyer my mentors taught that estate, business and tax planning was about dollars and cents and saving money after death. They were wrong. It is about taking care of ourselves and our loved ones while we are alive, and about maintaining control no matter what happens to us. That is how I design plans with my client families.
We also guide our clients, after the death of a loved one, either through the intricacies of probate and trust administration.
